How to pay for parking if you stay longer than 2 hours.
We offer 2 hours of free parking to all customers. Anyone who is staying for longer than 2 hours can pay to extend their parking period.
Parking tariffs can be found on our motorway services pages or downloaded here. The time starts upon arriving on-site and parking must be settled at WHSmiths prior to leaving the location. Parking for cars (not HGVs) can also be paid for online or via your mobile phone. HGV parking must be paid on site.
Here's how to pay for parking:
1. Pay for parking in the main building during your visit
Whilst on site, you can pay to park for longer than 2 hours at WHSmiths. Please approach a colleague on the till who will be able to arrange this for you.

Alternatively, car drivers can pay by mobile phone or online via paybyphone the instructions below.
To pay for parking online, you will need the 4 digit location number that you will find on the parking signs in the car park. You can find your location number via the relevant motorway services page or download all from the following link: Location Numbers
